Delivery

Shipping costs in Poland:
InPost shipment (parcel lockers) - PLN 14,00 gross. Available only for products with dimensions up to 41x48x64 cm.
DHL courier service up to 30 kg, package Max 70x40x40cm - PLN 19,00 gross. Deliveries only on working days between 9 am and 17 pm.
The other products are covered Special Delivery.

Special delivery
The terms of special delivery are set individually depending on the dimensions of the products ordered and the delivery distance. International deliveries, deliveries of foreign products with dimensions larger than 41x48x64 cm imported to Poland, and Polish products transported outside Poland are each time subject to a separate valuation of delivery costs.

TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION

Orders are processed no later than the next business day after the payment is credited to your account, provided that the goods are in the main warehouse.

In the case of goods that we have at our disposal on an ongoing basis, the delivery date is specified on the card of each product and ranges from 2 to 40 business days.
The lead time for furniture, fabrics, wallpapers on individual orders is extended depending on the type of assortment and order details.

If one order includes goods with different availability dates, the final completion date for the entire order always applies to the product with a longer delivery date.

SAFE DELIVERY

We work with reliable courier companies and we always try to pack the goods safely, but we kindly ask you to BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY LETTER WITH THE COURIER, IT MUST BE CHECKED:

Outer packaging, number of packages, product condition. If the goods you receive have broken packaging, are incomplete (insufficient number of packages) or the carton is damaged from the outside by the carrier or the goods are damaged, e.g. broken, it is necessary to ask the courier for a complaint report and complete the form in his presence. The damage report should include: date, time of delivery, a list of security features inside the carton and a description of damage or noticed shortages in the goods, taking into account its model. Please take a photo with your mobile phone and immediately send it to us, together with a copy of the form, at online@bbhome.pl. In such a situation, you should refuse to accept the delivery and the courier, after drawing up the protocol, takes the parcel back. On the other hand, as soon as we receive all the above information from you, we will try to resend the goods or refund your money.
