Apartment Morskie Oko
The art of living in an apartment in Mokotów
This luxurious apartment was created with the refined aesthetics and preferences of investors in mind. Detailed assumptions included the display of a rich collection of contemporary art and the installation of a professional audio system for listening to music. Various formats and techniques of the collected works of art required careful planning of their arrangement already at the initial stage of wall adaptation. Decorative Orac strips used to organize the wall space merged multi-colored accents into a coherent exhibition concept. Modern lighting and shutters in some of the windows dose the light in an appropriate way to emphasize the value of the collected works.
The spacious apartment is divided into a living area and discreetly hidden zones of adults and children with separate bathrooms and wardrobes adjacent to them. Numerous white-painted built-in wardrobes disappear in the wall planes in a discreet way gathering the belongings of a family of four. A separate laundry room with a utility corner frees the residents' zone from everyday mess. The office to work from the central one in the layout of the living room is separated by a double glazed door, opened as needed to increase the space. The elegant dining room adjacent to the open kitchen is the social heart of this project.
