PROMOTION "Free Delivery" for purchases over 299 PLN
- All orders for goods available immediately, the final value of which, taking into account additional discounts, exceeds PLN 299, we send for free.
- The promotion does not apply to sale items.
- The promotion is organized on the territory of the Republic of Poland and does not apply to orders shipped abroad.
- In the event of a return of the entire order, the terms of the "Free Delivery" promotion are no longer met, and the bbhomeonline.pl store reserves the right to deduct the shipping costs of the original order from the amounts due to the customer.

Custom-made furniture of large sizes and products with non-standard dimensions are sent for a fee in Poland using BBHome's own transport. After payment for transport, the furniture is delivered to the address indicated. At the customer's request, for an additional fee, they are brought to the floor, unpacked, assembled and the packaging remains removed. The Special Delivery Service covers only large-size furniture that does not fit on a 120 × 80 cm Euro-pallet and a packed pallet height of 180 cm.
Additional charges for non-standard deliveries:
- at least one piece of furniture weighs more than 150 kg or requires more than 3 people to pay: standard fee + PLN 100 gross.
- the furniture does not fit in the elevator and must be brought: standard fee + PLN 25 gross for each floor.
- assembly of the bed, table PLN 130 gross. The assembly of other furniture is priced individually.

For an additional fee, it is possible to deliver at other times and on the weekend.
Fast shipping
Products that are in our warehouse are shipped within 24-48 hours from placing the order (in the case of choosing cash on delivery) or from the moment the payment is credited to our bank account. Shipment of products on special order is carried out each time immediately after receiving the delivery from a specific manufacturer.
If one order includes products with different availability statuses - the final completion date for the entire order always applies to the product with a longer delivery date.
The given delivery time always applies to working days.
Properly secured shipments
Our employees make every effort to secure the shipped products to such an extent that they reach the recipients safely. For this purpose, we use many security features, such as 5-layer cardboard boxes, bubble wrap, foam fillers, and corrugated cardboard.

- IMPORTANT! When collecting the parcel, after signing the bill of lading, please open the package and then check very carefully whether the ordered Goods have no mechanical damage. In the event of any mechanical damage resulting from transport, refuse to accept the parcel and write a damage report with the courier.
