1. The condition for receiving the LEGAL CUSTOMER CARD is to present proof of purchase from the last 2 years in any BBHome and bbhomeonline.pl stationary stores and consent to include your personal data in the BBHome regular customer database.
Purchases sent and made for an amount in excess of:
- PLN 10.000 entitle you to get a CARD with a shopping discount of 5%
- PLN 20.000 entitle you to get a CARD with a shopping discount of 10%
2. THE LEGENDARY CUSTOMER CARD is a personal card - the card has a unique number and the name and surname of the owner. One Customer may have a maximum of one Loyal Customer Card.
3. The condition for obtaining a discount when purchasing in BBHome stores is to present a LEGAL CUSTOMER CARD, and in bbhomeonline.pl store to provide a unique card number when placing an order.
4. Discounts resulting from LEGEND CUSTOMER CARDS do not include:
- discounted and sale goods,
- custom-made furniture,
- goods at promotional prices.

5. The BBHome chain of stores reserves the right to exclude the rebates resulting from the Loyal Customer CARDs for some goods.
6. A CARD damaged in a way that prevents identification of the CARD or its owner, will not be honored.
7. In the event of damage or loss, the LEGEND CUSTOMER CARD shall not be replaced.
8. BBHome reserves the right to change the Regulations of the Loyal Customer CARD.
9. The User has the right to inspect his data and the right to correct them.
10. By accepting a BBHome Loyalty Card, the client accepts these terms and conditions, agreeing to BBHome using his data for marketing and promotional purposes.
11. Customers' personal data are processed to the necessary extent, in accordance with the provisions of Polish law, in particular in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended)
12. The collected data is administered by BBHome or an entity acting on behalf of BBHome and may be made available to entities authorized by generally applicable law.
