Withdrawal form

You can return the received goods without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The returned goods should not bear any signs of use.

You can cancel the entire order or part of it. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund the payments received from you. We will refund the amount due for the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the package. We will pay the amount due for the returned goods to your bank account or to the payment card, if it was used to pay for the order.

You can return the goods to us by choosing one of two options:

When using the shop's parcels:

(option available to customers registered in the store www.bbhome.pl, shipment of goods in a DHL package - cost PLN 19 gross - deducted from the returned amount Max.60cm x 50cm x 65cm and 30kg., shipping of goods on a DHL pallet PLN 150 gross - deductible on the refunded amount)

Detailed instructions - Buy safely and with confidence:

  1. Log in to your account at bbhome.pl
  2. Go to the "Your account" »" returns "» "add a return"
  3. Select the order you want to return from the list, and then select the goods you want to send back
  4. Choose the method of returning the goods.
  5. Choose the form of refund »" Transfer "
  6. In the case of a transfer, please provide the bank account number to which the payment is to be returned.
  7. Then add a return request.
  8. Print the return notification (by clicking on this option, a return form and a shipping label will be generated).
  9. Sign on the form and put it in the package with the returned goods (without a signature, we will not be able to accept the return). Add proof of purchase to the package - a receipt or an invoice.
  10. Give the parcel with the printed label to the DHL courier ordered by us at your expense (the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the amount returned).

Note:
Regardless of how you return the goods, they should be packed in an appropriate way to prevent damage during transport.
The returned goods will be accepted only when they are sent back with the complete contents (also freebies, gifts, etc.), and the product itself and accessories are undamaged.
Please attach the completed return form and proof of purchase of the goods to the returned goods.
We do not receive any parcels sent COD! The return sent in this way is returned to the sender as we are unable to pick up the package.

To replace the goods, place a new order and send the replaced product to our company as part of the return to the following address:
