Sky-High Złota Apartment44

The aim was to create a spacious, representative interior for an occasional apartment. The apartment is designed in a masculine, modern style, where bold details are combined with designer furniture and Tom Ford details from the Single Man movie.

The walls were decorated with spatial wooden paneling, large-format sinter and mirrors, contrasting with the preserved concrete pillars of the building's structure and decorative wallpapers. The furnishing of the walls with various decorative materials is the background for the few furniture that are expressive in their character. Thanks to the mirrored panels, the walls seem to be an integral part of the sky-high space surrounding the apartment. In the living room, there is an RTV wall covered with a marbled sinter with a built-in tinted glass recess for a refrigerator, a bar, a coffee machine and equipment necessary for hosting parties. The living room zone flows smoothly towards the minimalist kitchen and dining room, and the interpenetration of these zones enlarges the living area.

The comfortable hotel bedroom invites you to relax after a day spent on business negotiations or a business trip. Elegant lamps gradate the power of light depending on the need of the moment, and the TV set facing the bed allows you to have fun at bedtime. The office, arranged in the dining room, also serves as a guest room.

One of the design features is the abundance of built-in building systems. In the corridors, wardrobes and bathrooms are hidden, as well as a multifunctional interior, including a washing machine and a utility corner.

The spectacular view from the ubiquitous windows is a natural scene where a spectacle of nature takes place every day, viewed from a bed, a comfortable corner sofa and a chaise longue, as well as through a telescope that is part of the apartment's equipment.
