We carry out orders for kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, wardrobes, wardrobes, libraries, tables and many other furniture, wooden, metal-glass, metal-wooden and upholstered according to our own and entrusted designs. The lead time, depending on the selected model and finish, is from 3 to 9 weeks.

We would like to draw your attention to several important issues, so we recommend that you read the following details about upholstered and wooden furniture.

BEFORE USE

1. When picking up a piece of furniture ON ORDER, please check whether there are any scratches, abrasions, cracks, cuts or other damage to the fabric or wood structure, as well as damage to structural elements. Additionally, please check the completeness of the furniture, i.e. whether it has been delivered in accordance with the order placed.
2. In order to avoid damaging the furniture, it is recommended to unpack it carefully, without the use of sharp tools.
3. In the case of unfolded modular furniture, it is necessary to assemble individual elements by means of connectors, in accordance with the instructions attached to the furniture.
4. It is important to ensure appropriate conditions in the rooms where the product is used or stored, ie temperature from +15 degrees C to +40 degrees C, humidity from 40% to 70%. The distance of the product from active heat sources should not be less than 1,5 meters. In order to avoid the fading process of the fabric, leather or polish, it is not recommended to expose the furniture to direct sunlight.

UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE

PRINCIPLES OF PROPER USE OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE

1. Upholstered furniture differs in the softness of the seats. It is related to the natural properties of the materials used as filling, i.e. the density of upholstery foam, the flexibility of metal springs and upholstery belts. In the case of corner arrangements, possible discrepancies in the hardness of seats between individual elements are related to the different surfaces of these elements. It should be noted that harder seats are characteristic of furniture with a sleeping function. Intensive use of the furniture may also contribute to differences in the hardness of seats, backrests and armrests. This is normal and due to use.
2. According to the Manufacturer's recommendations, sofas with a sleeping function with a built-in mechanism are intended for occasional, not regular, sleeping.
3. Colors of wooden elements, ie legs, may differ from those shown in the photo. It is a natural feature associated with the diversity of the structure, grain and color of the wood. Therefore, we pay attention to the possibility of differences in the shades of the stain, especially when ordering another piece of furniture for the set separately.
4. When ordering further products, we reserve that there may be differences in the pattern, shades of fabrics and leathers.
5. The use of natural leather furniture changes its appearance and initial features over time. The formation of certain folds in the cover is a typical phenomenon and does not mean quality defects.
It should be noted that a set of furniture may contain several marks from different types of leather, such as: scar marks, scratches, bites, differences in texture and shade. They do not indicate defects, but only guarantee the authenticity of the leather. Their presence is not a reason for complaint.
6. A characteristic feature of chenille and wool - felt fabrics is the so-called pilling, i.e. pilling of the fabric and the formation of lumps on its surface, which are formed under the influence of foreign fibers (e.g. derivatives from clothing).
The above-described phenomena, included in points 1-6, do not constitute grounds for positive consideration of the complaint.
7. If the product is replaced during the warranty period, the Manufacturer reserves the right to introduce technological changes, ie product dimensions, materials used in production, decorative and movable elements, sleeping functions, resulting from the need to eliminate product defects.
8. The dimensions of the furniture presented in our offer are given in centimeters and may differ from the actual ones by up to 3%.

PRINCIPLES OF CORRECT CARE OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE IN FABRICS

There are general maintenance and care rules that apply to all fabrics that cover upholstered furniture. Applying and following a few simple tips will extend the life of your furniture and ensure satisfaction with its use.
1. Prevent dirt, dust and other contaminants from remaining on the surface of the fabric. It is recommended to clean the furniture once a week using the end of a vacuum cleaner intended for furniture or by hand with a soft brush. At the same time, avoid excessive friction and high-power vacuuming in order not to damage the fabric fibers. It is advisable to gently shake the furniture elements that can be removed, preferably in the fresh air.
2. Fabrics with hair on their surface - chenille, velor, require regular detangling with a soft brush. This treatment will avoid the phenomenon of crushing the hair on the surface of the fabric, especially in places of intensive use. The hair will retain its elasticity and the fabric will retain its delicate character.
3. If greasy and wet stains appear, use tissue paper and then a clean, damp and soft sponge to allow the stain to be absorbed quickly. Otherwise, the dirt may penetrate the fibers of the fabric, preventing it from being cleaned effectively. Only then can you start removing stains by using lukewarm water and a neutral detergent designed for hand washing. The dirty surface should be cleaned with gentle, circular movements from the outside to the center, avoiding vigorous rubbing of the wet hair. After removing the stain, the fabric should be allowed to dry at room temperature. If necessary, repeat the operation, widening the area to be cleaned around the stained area in order to reduce the effect of a circular center.
4. In the event of spilling coffee or tea on the surface of the fabric, immediately drain the stain with an absorbent cotton cloth and remove permanent dirt, ie coffee grounds. Then follow the instructions in point 3.
5. Before cleaning the furniture, check how the cleaned surface reacts to the chemical agent by applying it to an invisible, small part of the furniture. In this way, we will avoid damaging the fabric, its discoloration or other visible deformations resulting from too aggressive action of the agent.
6. Furniture that has a removable cover can be washed inside out with a zipper fastened or dry cleaned, everything must comply with the symbolism on the label. As recommended by fabric manufacturers, do not use bleach, caustic or softeners, and avoid washing the cover with other materials.
7. Stretch the damp covers in both directions before drying.
8. In the case of models with removable covers on the backrest, seat or decorative cushions, washing may result in discoloration of the fabric, causing discrepancies in shades between the permanently upholstered body and the cushions.
9. Permanently upholstered furniture is recommended to be washed by a company specializing in cleaning upholstery.

PRINCIPLES OF PROPER CARE OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE IN LEATHER

The use of leather in the production of furniture has a very long tradition. Leather is the oldest natural upholstery material and so far has not had a better replacement. Its exceptional utility values ​​and unique character make it the most durable and desirable upholstery material.
1. Each layer of leather is different and unique. When deciding to buy a leather product, we accept its character given by: scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, veins, scratches, stings, as well as differences in texture and shade. The listed features are a confirmation of the authenticity and natural origin of the leather, therefore they should not be treated as defects and therefore not a reason for complaint.
2. The skin is a specific regulator of humidity in the room thanks to the ability to "breathe", ie the ability to absorb and then donate up to 25% of its weight. It accepts the ambient temperature - in a room with a temperature of 20 degrees C it may seem cool, but when in contact with the body, it warms up.
3. The skin, despite its exceptional elasticity and resistance to stretching and tearing, requires protection against harmful factors such as: sweat (contains salt), hair grease, dust, household chemicals and dryness.
4. Proper care guarantees the preservation of the original quality of the leather and allows the furniture to be kept like new, even after many years of use.
5. The unquestionable advantage of natural leather furniture is that it is easy to clean. In most cases, it is enough to wipe its surface with a damp cloth, without using any chemicals.
6. It is recommended to maintain and clean the skins every 4 - 6 months, depending on its type and degree of wear. It is advisable to perform the first maintenance treatment immediately after purchase. This facilitates subsequent cleaning and can prevent the formation of stubborn dirt.
7. Leather is friendly to people with allergies, because it does not allow the penetration of allergens in dust (including animal allergens) and does not absorb cigarette smoke. It has the ability to adapt to environmental conditions.

I. NAMES OF SOLIDS AND FUNCTIONS OF UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE:

- THE SLEEP FUNCTION is based on a solid metal structure. On the frame there is a polyurethane foam mattress, lying on a polypropylene canvas or spring strips. It unfolds in a similar way to the camp bed system. Suggested use - occasional.
- MODULAR FURNITURE consists of independent parts composed like a multi-element puzzle. A long sofa can become a corner or a separate armchair in one move.
- RIGHT OR LEFT CORNER, define the side of the corner while facing the body, suggesting the placement of the ottoman.

II. FILLING:

- POLYURETHANE FOAM is a thermoplastic plastic that consists of solid polyurethane cells surrounding gas bubbles - usually carbon dioxide, usually obtained by a vacuum method. It is a material that provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. It is characterized by high durability, resistance to deformation and pressure. It is widely used in the furniture industry. Primarily as filling for seat and backrest cushions.
- HIGH-ELASTIC FOAM is characterized by high point elasticity, which allows it to adapt very well to the shape of the body, thus increasing the comfort of use. It is characterized by durability and immediate ability to regain its original shape. Due to the dense cell structure, it provides high parameters of maintaining heat and elasticity, as well as air permeability. In upholstered furniture, it is mainly used to fill seat and backrest cushions.
- BALL FIBER, also known as artificial down, is a silicone polyester fiber rolled into balls, with low susceptibility to clumping and deformation. Very comfortable to use, gives a feeling of softness and fluffiness, adjusts to the shape of the head. Usually used as a filling of decorative pillows. Occasionally used in back cushions.
- SILICONE POLYESTER FIBER is a group of synthetic fibers characterized by high resistance to crushing, tearing, abrasion and very good resistance to light and chemical agents. The silicone preparation applied to polyester fibers makes them slippery and makes them more noble. Products with silicone are durable, anti-allergic, which ensures high comfort of use.
Down, the most commonly used is duck down, products with down are specially marked due to the high degree of allergy.

III. FABRICS:

- VELVET is a plain or patterned pile fabric, made of silk, wool and cotton.
Velvet is synonymous with a gentle, caressing touch, and its unusual decorative qualities can be admired on an elegant piece of furniture. It is characterized by uneven shading, and during use we can meet the so-called the effect of sitting down, which is typical for this type of fabric.
Treatments: It is recommended to gently brush the hair regularly with a soft clothes brush.

- SATIN is a shiny, light-reflecting fabric with a shiny, smooth surface made of warp threads, under which the weft threads are invisible, intertwining with them in a specific order, creating a warp satin. Satin owes great recognition to its delicacy and unusual decorative qualities, giving the effect of an expensive and elegant fabric.
Treatments: It is recommended to gently vacuum with a soft clothes brush, avoiding excessive friction so as not to damage the fibers.

- COTTON is a natural product with soft and pleasant to the touch fibers.
The shape and structure of cotton fibers make them very hygroscopic. The characteristic structure gives them natural strength, durability and absorption capacity.
In the upholstery industry, fibers are most often used as mixtures with linen, viscose and polyester, which increase the quality of use and the ease of cleaning of the fabric. Cotton fabric is highly resistant to stretching and abrasion.
Care treatments: It is a practical fabric - it can be washed in a washing machine at up to 40% C

- FILC is one of the oldest human-made textiles.
The felt material is warm in appearance and character. Completely natural and ecological, yet very durable. High abrasion resistance makes it a perfect fabric for covering lounge furniture. A wide range of warm colors, easy to obtain by dyeing, is an additional advantage of this fabric. Often, mixtures of natural and artificial fibers are used to make felts.
A characteristic feature of the felt fabric, occurring during the use of the product, is the so-called pilling effect, i.e. fabric pilling and the formation of small lumps formed under the influence of foreign fibers (e.g. derivatives from clothes).
Cleaning procedures: It is recommended to vacuum the fabric regularly only with a soft brush, before the dirt becomes permanent. Spilled liquids should be removed as soon as possible with a material that absorbs well water.

- SZENIL is a group of technologically advanced upholstered fabrics. Thanks to their properties, they are very popular and desirable as an upholstery material available on the furniture market.
The unusual softness of the fabric, a variety of colors and an interesting texture are undoubtedly the advantages of this material. It should be accompanied by its exceptional durability and resistance to abrasion, thanks to which it retains its original appearance for a long time and invariably. A typical feature of the fabric is a certain irregularity in the outer structure, caused by a hairy thread. When looking at the chenille against the light, we can see tiny, irregular gaps.
Care treatments: We recommend regular vacuuming and brushing with a soft brush, but avoid excessive rubbing so as not to damage the fibers.

- WELUR, is a group of fabrics with a fluffy pile, also known as plush.
Originally regarded as an exclusive material, it has expanded in popularity over time and has eventually made it into mass production in modern societies.
Velor is a very soft, delicate and pleasant to the touch fabric that looks impressive as upholstery furniture.
During its use, we can meet with the so-called the effect of sitting down, which is typical for this type of fabric.
Care treatments: We recommend vacuuming the fabric regularly with a special brush with low suction power in order to keep the furniture in good condition for a long time.

WOODEN FURNITURE

Our offer includes wooden furniture: cabinets, consoles, chests of drawers, shelves, modern tables and tables. The durability of the furniture and the duration of its use depend on how we care for it.

CARE AND PROTECTION:

For the care of wooden furniture, preparations containing wax or oil are used, depending on the method of finishing the surface of the furniture. These ingredients are responsible for protection against the effects of moisture, and thanks to their use, our furniture gains a smooth surface and shine, which prevents dust from accumulating.

1. Varnished furniture
Varnishing is one of the most popular methods of wood protection. Mainly transparent varnishes are used to highlight the texture of the wood in a colorless or tinted color. Varnished surfaces are cleaned by wiping with a slightly damp, soft cloth. You should absolutely remember not to use turpentine, solvents, ammonia or harsh kitchen cleaners.

2. Waxed furniture
Waxed furniture is often exposed to factors that damage the wax layer, such as hot dishes, glasses, and the natural passage of time (abrasion, wax evaporation). The procedure of applying wax (lotions with wax) should be performed every 3-4 weeks. Any "stronger" agents that can dissolve the wax and create light streaks on the surface should be avoided. Daily care should consist in applying a little wax and spreading it evenly over the entire surface with a cotton cloth.

3. Stained furniture
Stained furniture should be cleaned dry or with dedicated agents. The stain covers the surface of the furniture, leveling its possible defects and strengthens the visible rings. This impregnation is most often used on deciduous wood. Unfortunately, the stain does not protect the furniture against water and UV radiation and the furniture will start to fade. Then it is necessary to reuse the stain on the entire surface of the furniture in the original color.

4.Oiled furniture
To care for them, it is good to use the same type of oil that was originally oiled. Our offer includes a suitable maintenance wax, recommended by the manufacturer of stained furniture. For cleaning, use a clean cloth lightly moistened with oil. By cleaning oiled furniture, we maintain it at the same time.

TIME LIMIT FOR COMPLETION

Orders are processed no later than the next business day after the payment is credited to your account, provided that the goods are in the main warehouse.

In the case of goods that we have at our disposal on an ongoing basis, the delivery date is specified on the card of each product and ranges from 2 to 40 business days.
The lead time for furniture, fabrics, wallpapers on individual orders is extended depending on the type of assortment and order details.

If one order includes goods with different availability dates, the final completion date for the entire order always applies to the product with a longer delivery date.

SAFE DELIVERY

We work with reliable courier companies and we always try to pack the goods safely, but we kindly ask you to BEFORE SIGNING THE DELIVERY LETTER WITH THE COURIER, IT MUST BE CHECKED:

Outer packaging, number of packages, product condition. If the goods you receive have broken packaging, are incomplete (insufficient number of packages) or the carton is damaged from the outside by the carrier or the goods are damaged, e.g. broken, it is necessary to ask the courier for a complaint report and complete the form in his presence. The damage report should include: date, time of delivery, a list of security features inside the carton and a description of damage or noticed shortages in the goods, taking into account its model. Please take a photo with your mobile phone and immediately send it to us, together with a copy of the form, at online@bbhome.pl. In such a situation, you should refuse to accept the delivery and the courier, after drawing up the protocol, takes the parcel back. On the other hand, as soon as we receive all the above information from you, we will try to resend the goods or refund your money.

Returns are not possible for custom-made products.
